The HR Specialist assists with various aspects of the team. This role supports administrative duties of Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, HRIS, Learning and Development, and Talent Acquisition. This position is on-site at Bowen Health's Administration Office in Warsaw, IN. Duties/Responsibilities: Serves as initial contact and liaison for all employees and guests by providing a welcoming environment. Accountable for all Corporate deliveries and HCM office supply inventory. Manages event registrations, calendar events, and supports logistical requirements for events. Monitors and ensures compliance requirements are met across HCM Team. Responsible for various HCM administrative duties including areas such as benefits, onboarding, orientation, payroll, unemployment hearings, and worker's compensation. Maintains organization of employee files and recordkeeping requirements. Exemplifies strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve and critically think. Responds to emails, calls, messages, and other inquiries within 24-hours. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications and Competency Expectations: Education: Associate degree preferred Experience: Prefer one year of experience in Human Resources or two (2) years of internal organization experience Must demonstrate proficiency in all relevant human resources competency areas Valid driver's license and active liability insurance Satisfactory results from criminal background check Must be a minimum 21 years of age We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace that champions diversity and ensures fairness for all.
