我们正在为一所上海的国际高中招聘高中心理老师，到岗时间为2025年8月。 岗位职责• 根据学校教学大纲和学生实际情况，制定合理的A-Level,IGCSE心理学教学计划，确保教学质量• 认真备课，准备教案，按照教学计划完成教学任务• 关心学生的学习状况，及时了解学生的学习困难，提供必要的辅导和帮助• 积极参与教研活动，与同事交流教学经验，共同提高教学水平• 负责学生的平时测验、期中和期末考试等评价工作，对学生的学习状况进行科学评估• 定期与家长沟通学生的学习情况，反馈学生在校表现，促进家校合作• 参与学校相关活动, 配合学校完成其他相关工作 任职要求• 本科及以上相关专业• 具有心理教学经验者优先• 教师资格证• 良好的交流能力，中英文流利 薪资福利• 月薪：12-20k• 寒暑假Job responsibilities• Teach the subject of Psychology to high school students utilizing the A-Level,IGCSE framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers• Develop supportive and safe learning environments Job requirements• Bachelor degree or above in the Psychology subject• Teaching certificate• Two or more years teaching experience in Psychology in higher education• Excellent communications skills• Fluent in English and Mandarin Salary and benefits• Monthly salary is 12-20K RMB• Summer and winter vacations
