Your role as a Helpdesk Specialist II

As a Full-Time Helpdesk Specialist II at the City of Pharr, you will play a vital role under the general supervision of the Customer Service Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues faced by users across various applications and desktop systems. You will provide exceptional technical support to end-users from the City of Pharr and TEAMPHARR.NET customers, addressing concerns related to computer hardware, software, and Internet connectivity.
