Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Greenhouse Supervisor role based in New Albany, IN. The Greenhouse Supervisor will be responsible for the production of our seasonal retail crops, including flowering annuals, vegetables and herbs, tropicals, and houseplants. This role involves, but not limited to, following planting schedules, maintaining plant health, assisting customers, and supporting retail displays. The Greenhouse Supervisor will also monitor and uphold safety procedures while promoting effective communication within the team. We remain open year-round and may request team members to assist in other departments to support overall business operations.
