Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description Join a dynamic team that is experiencing significant growth and innovation in the manufacturing of twisted wire brushes, medical brushes, cosmetic brushes, and gun-blazing brushes. As a General Production Worker, you will be an integral part of a team that values cross-training and skill development in both manual assembly and automated machine operation areas.
Responsibilities - Load machines with material for threading.
- Fill and assemble orders based on customer specifications.
- Cross-train in both manual and automated production areas.
Essential Skills - Consistent work history.
- Reliability in performance and attendance.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Capability to move around the production floor and sit or stand for entire shifts.
- Effective communication skills with other employees.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience in retail, production, machine operation, or general labor.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Skills in customer service, food & beverage, electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, repair, preventive maintenance, and schematic understanding.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Palmer, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
