Job Description Albertsons Safeway is working to become the favorite food and drug retailer in every market it serves. The Portland Distribution Center, located in Portland, Oregon has an opening for a Maintenance Servicer in our Vehicle Maintenance Department. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Fueling
• Tire Repair & Light mechanical

Qualifications:

• Ability to drive tractors and fuel tankers - CDL not required
• Ability to service vehicles (perform a PM & b PM)
• Available for any shift
• Prior tire repair experience
• Adherence, knowledge and understanding of Safe work practices.

Physical Requirements

• Manual dexterity, overall coordination, and good balance to work both at ground level and high places
• Ability to stand, walk and work in close quarter, prone position for lengthy periods occasionally.
• Exposure to potential hazards exist with respect to equipment, work areas, tools, welding equipment, presses and other power equipment.
• Working conditions consist of a non-temperature-controlled environment and exposure to outside elements while performing outdoor tasks on a daily basis.
