Position Overview:

In this role, you will assist with business planning, financial modeling, pro-forma creations, investment documents, and general research (industry and competitive). This is a great opportunity for an MBA student with dreams of being a future CEO, CFO or COO, to gain hands-on experience and mentorship within the legal space.

We are aiming to take off in rapid fashion and expand into several enterprises via a legal tech incubator. If this sounds like something you want to be a part of, we would love to hear from you!

This opportunity is part-time (20-30 hours a week with flexible scheduling) and remote but can turn into a full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Gather data to prepare analyses, reports, and schedules to communicate to management and clients
• Assist in building and executing pro-formas, business plans, and investment documents
• Prediction and financial analysis
• Perform research on industry standards
• SWAT research and analysis
• Build modeling projections
• Work with various business groups to provide timely, actionable analysis regarding key financial metrics
• Develop and evaluate ROI for new markets and new business models
• And anything else that might arise in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment!

What Were Looking For:

• Current grad student or recent graduate in a business related discipline
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Understanding of finance principles and knowledge of financial documents
• Proficient in financial modeling
• Ability to write persuasively and tell a story visually through slide decks
• Extremely strong research skills
• Highly analytical and organized
