As an Armed Consultant – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc. The Tactical Armed Consultant reports to the Project Manager. What’s in it for you Set schedules! We are looking for full time and part time armed consultants. Schedules vary based on site needs. The ideal candidate will have open availability to work from the hours of 9am to 9pm and/or 6pm to 1am. Weekdays (Mon-Fri) are required to work. The candidates will also have to consider weekends to work especially Sundays for morning to afternoon hours. Competitive hourly wage is $40.00/Hr (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!) Reports to Project Manager Qualifications of the Tactical Armed Consultant You have a high school education or equivalent (GED) Must be able to pass various background checks and a drug screening LEOSA Required (12+ Years Former Law Enforcement) Minimum 12 years of Law Enforcement experience (Former Police Officer only) Must possess a valid and active LEOSA credential that is not nearing expiration Military experience is NOT accepted, unless Military Police with 12+ years active service In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work.
