Job Description

Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions is now hiring dedicated forklift operators with experience using Cherry Picker and Reach Truck for our mining company located in Romeoville, IL. This position is temp-to-hire, and we offer weekly pay!


Start date: 01/12/2026


Payrate: $20.50/hr (pay every Friday)


Shifts: 2nd (3pm-11:30pm, Monday-Friday with some Saturdays based on business needs)

Description: The Cherry Picker and Reach Truck Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of cherry picker and reach truck forklifts to move, locate, stack, and count materials within the warehouse or distribution facility. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory, supporting order fulfillment, and ensuring a safe working environment.


Requirements :

• Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must have both Cherry Picker and Reach Truck experience.
• Wear required PPE (steel toe shoes, high visibility top)
• Pass everify and background check
• All workers must follow all work and safety processes and procedures.
