We are recruiting a skilled and passionate Football Coach to join a leading school or sports academy in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching young athletes, with the ability to develop technical, tactical, and physical aspects of the game in a structured and motivating environment.
Plan and deliver high-quality football training sessions for students across different age groups
Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle
Develop players’ technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness
Organize and manage school team selections, matches, and tournaments
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
Ensure safety and wellbeing of all players during sessions
Coordinate with PE staff and school leadership on sports programming
Participate in school events, sports days, and extracurricular activities
Recognized coaching qualification (e.g., UEFA C/B License , FA Level 2 or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years’ coaching experience , ideally within a school or youth academy setting
Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
Ability to work with students of varying skill levels and backgrounds
Passion for youth development and education through sport
Good command of English; Arabic is a plus
Already in the UAE or willing to relocate with valid documents
Competitive salary up to AED 9,000/month (tax-free)
