Job Description Gpac has partnered with an established Agriculture company who is seeking an experienced Farm Manager to join their team. This pivotal Farm Manager role involves overseeing a large crew of employees, managing crop production, ordering, commodity storage, equipment logistics and maintenance, and contributing to the success of the farm. Farm Manager Key Responsibilities: Direct and coordinate activities of farm employees, including planting and harvest. Assist in developing and implementing a crop production plan and schedule for the calendar year. Maintain and operate farm equipment to ensure efficient and effective operations. Communicate and propose new ideas and suggestions for improving profitability and efficiency of the farm.
