The Car Wash Manager’s responsible is to lead and develop the team on site. Candidates should have leadership experience, possess team building and management skills in order to be considered for the role.

Responsibilities:

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

• Manage all staff
• Work directly with Car Wash Assist Manager to oversee the operation of the car wash
• Customer Service - ensure that every customer is satisfied by training and managing staff so that every customer has a top notch experience.

• Diagnosing and repairing equipment
• Adjust and create scheduling for Car Wash Attendants
• Implement, monitor, and enforce policies and procedures to ensure the safety, cleanliness and reliability of the wash
• Assist with the coaching, training, and development of new and existing staff

• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
• Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

Qualifications:

The requirements for this job include, but are not limited to:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
• Willingness to be coached and to learn new skills
• Retail Management experience a plus
• Proficient Skills Level with hand and electric tools.
