Job Family :

Finance Compliance Advisor

Travel Required : Up to 50%

What You Will Do :

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of large complex projects in the financial crime compliance space.
• Oversee team performance set priorities and ensure operational deliverables are met on time and to quality standards.
• Provide guidance and support to team leads manage client expectations and resolve issues quickly to keep engagements on track.

What You Will Need :

• Requires a University Degree and minimum 15 years of prior relevant experience; some roles may require graduate-level education Masters or Doctorate degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and large-scale operational teams.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in financial crime compliance including AML KYC / EDD sanctions screening or fraud operations.
• Excellent communication problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to operate in high-pressure environments and deliver consistent results.

What Would Be Nice To Have :

• Global financial crime compliance experience including cross-border regulatory knowledge.
• Expertise in transaction monitoring investigations and the design or improvement of compliance processes.
• Prior exposure to technology-enabled compliance solutions and multi-jurisdictional operations.

The annual salary range for this position is $179000.00-$298000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill sets experience and training security clearances licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.
