As the Executive Chef 2 , you will lead all culinary operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality food across patient dining, retail outlets, and catering services. Oversee daily food production and operations, ensuring consistency and quality across all services.
Lead and support a team of frontline culinary staff, providing training, supervision, and development opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through strong culinary execution and responsive service.
Manage inventory, food and labor costs, and ensure compliance with Sodexo’s Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC).
Collaborate effectively with team members and hospital leadership to achieve departmental goals.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
