Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. In this role, you will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communication, prepare reports, and assist with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is resourceful, professional, and able to manage competing priorities with discretion and efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Draft, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations
Handle email communication, respond on behalf of executives when appropriate
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items
Conduct research and compile data for decision-making
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
Assist with confidential matters and maintain strict privacy standards
Support recruitment, onboarding, and internal administrative activities as required
Manage task lists and ensure deadlines are met
Communicate professionally with internal teams, clients, and external partners
Oversee special projects and provide general administrative support
Identify areas to improve efficiency and streamline processes
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
Professional judgment and confidentiality
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable using remote work tools
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
Background in operations, HR, or business administration
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
