About the role and your impact:

• Provide executive assistance: correspondence and communication, meeting scheduling and coordination, maintaining business and personal calendar, travel coordination
• Provide some light personal assistance
• Prepare timely expense reports
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
• Handle sensitive and/or confidential information with discretion

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7+ years of C-level executive support experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Experience with conferencing systems
• Flexible, can-do attitude
