**Event Experience Coordinator or Manager: Great Opportunity for Entry Level**
**Must be Local to Las Vegas:** Fudale or FUNdale as they say is a boutique, full-service corporate event planning agency that specializes in group transportation, staffing, custom d cor/event design, production, entertainment, teambuilding, activities/tours, venue management, experiences and more!
The EEC will be responsible for assisting the sales and ops team with proposals, sites inspections, booking of services, clerical work to prep for program operations and various tasks that a Destination Management Company handles.
As an event experience agency, we help to be the Corporate Concierge to our clients. This is the perfect opportunity for an entry level person with a few years of hospitality experience who is ready to get into the event planning world. You will learn all aspects from a leader in the Event Market in Las Vegas. If you are ready to be part of our team, we are ready for you!
**Primary Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Ensure 100% customer satisfaction for programs and duties assigned
* Will work in team environments with Sales Managers, Event Managers, and other team members.
* Assist with Site Inspections, Client Amenities, Program Operations and any other functions as needed
* Assist with proposals, vendor orders, detailed itineraries, manifests, staff bookings as needed as well as other necessary tasks to perform successful event operations.
* Learn the necessary components to be a successful manager for a DMC, including knowledge of vendor selections, restaurants, d cor, and activities/tours.
* Participate in social activities in-side and out of normal business hours to further educate yourself on the hospitality trade, including but not limited to, Las Vegas Hospitality Association Events, Tradeshows. Networking is key to the successful growth of Fudale.
* Learn the necessary components of internal documents within Fudale and further assist in streamlining information where necessary.
* Attend and assist with on-site activities/tours, evening events, airport, etc. to learn the overall operating system of Fudale
* Ensure proper supplies, equipment and inventory are managed within the office.
**Qualifications and Skills**
* proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point; *Photoshop, CRM systems and Quickbooks experience - a plus*
* self-starter able to work independently as well as in a team environment
* strong organization, verbal and written skills
* willingness to learn and grow within the company
* previous experience in or general knowledge of the event (DMC) industry is a plus

COVID-19 considerations:
Currently Fudale works from a home office so the position will be a hybrid model of in office and remote until moving back to a permanent office location. We are accepting inquiries for immediate hire and are prepared to hold virtual interviews.
