Premier Bucks County Exterior renovations company is adding to their team! Competitive salary, bonus, uncapped commission plan, benefits, 401K etc.

Responsibilities include:
  • Preparation of client proposals and bids for 
  • Meet with clients to review proposals and obtain approvals on all projects
  • Engage subcontractors as needed for additional work 
  • Ability to make presentations to Engineers and Property management companies
  • Ability to use proposal software
  • Manage and oversee projects. Develop budgets and assure the budgets are maintained.
  • Collaborate with team members and management 
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 plus years direct experience in construction sales
  • Knowledge of various roofing and siding products 
  • Computer: In house estimating and proposal system and MS Office.
  • Valid driver's license and clear driving history
  • Associates degree OR comparable technical school program.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated
  • Ability to find solutions that make sense to the client
  • Strong customer service focus and follow-up
Salary: Commensurate with experience $100,000 + bonus+ uncapped commissions. Realistic first year compensation is in the $160,000+ range based on performance.
