As an Environmental Attorney, you will play a vital role in handling all legal issues related to the environment. This includes advising on compliance with environmental laws, representing the company in civil lawsuits, and working on regulatory proceedings. Job Details Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Environmental Attorney or a similar role in the legal industry.
- Proven experience in civil litigation.
- An active license to practice law in the state.
- In-depth knowledge of environmental laws and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Passionate about environmental conservation and sustainability.
