Earning Potential
Part-time (1–2 sales/week): $500–$1,000 weekly
Average (3–5 sales/week): $1,500–$2,500 weekly
High producers (6–8 sales/week): $3,000–$4,000 weekly
Top agents regularly make 12+ sales per week
What You'll Do
Help clients identify the right life insurance and financial protection for their needs
Conduct appointments virtually over the phone or Zoom
Follow up with prospects and manage your client pipeline
Implement training and scripts to improve performance
Optionally recruit and mentor new agents as you grow
Who We're Looking For
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
Strong communication and organizational skills
Able to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable working 100% commission-based
Life and Health Insurance License (or willing to obtain)
Leadership experience or aspirations are a plus
