Job Description

• Identify and recruit top professionals through market research utilizing our database of over 300,000 professionals, Linkedin, job boards, referrals, etc.
• Cold call potential candidates and conduct prescreens to gauge interest and qualifications.
• Identify and research new innovative and creative sourcing methods.
• Format resumes and write cover letters.
• Conduct interview preparation.
• Guide candidates through the full hiring lifecycle.
• Debrief candidates after interviews.
• Negotiate salary ranges and hourly contract rates.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with placed candidates to ensure their job satisfaction and grow network for referrals and new business opportunities.
• Gain market knowledge to add to client base and grow business.
• Work collaboratively with Sales/Account Managers.

Required Skills:

• 6+ months of recruiting experience, but we will consider new graduates with a passion for learning our business!
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
