As an Entry Level Communications Agent, you will be responsible for managing inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and providing accurate information to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound communications with clients and stakeholders.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in the development of communication materials such as emails, newsletters, and announcements.
• Support the team in executing communication strategies and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of communication transactions and client interactions.

Skills Required:
