Job Description

A K-12 school in Waukegan, IL is seeking a qualified ESL Teacher with proficiency in Spanish to support English language learners throughout the school year on a contract basis. This role is essential in helping students develop their English skills while integrating their native language and culture into the learning process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality English as a Second Language instruction to K-12 students
• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to diverse student needs
• Use Spanish language skills to facilitate communication and support bilingual learners
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly

Qualifications:
