A regional non-profit hospital seeks a Board Eligible/Board Certified Emergency Medicine physician to join a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers. Non-profit regional hospital is seeking a BE/BC Emergency Medicine residency trained physician to replace positions vacated as long-term physicians step into administrative roles. Work closely with a talented group of physicians, advanced practice providers and staff.

Highlights:

• Hospital-employed position with a progressive and financially secure health system
• Join 10 employed EM residency trained and EM board certified physicians, some double-boarded
• 4 APPs also help in the department
• All day and evening shifts; no overnights
• Full time is 15 ten-hour shifts per month
• 42,000 visits annually
• Average under 2 patients per hour per physician
• 30+ room department recently renovated and optimized
• Department has 50 hours of physician coverage and 30 hours of APP coverage per day
• Adult and pediatric hospitalists do their own admissions
• Not a trauma facility; no heads, no open hearts

Compensation/Benefits:

• $460k annual salary
• $75k sign-on bonus
• $100k retention bonus
• $6k CME annually
