Job Description

A growing industrial equipment manufacturer seeks a skilled Panel Builder to design and assemble electrical control panels for specialized systems. Work onsite in a clean, modern facility in Lenexa, KS, with a small, collaborative team, supporting innovative projects across multiple industries.

Anticipated Pay/Benefits:

• Pay: $26-$32+/hour (flexible based on experience)
• Hours: 40/week, 7 AM - 3:30 PM, M-F (some flexibility)
• Full suite of benefits, PTO, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Build and wire control panels using ladder logic and wiring diagrams.
• Integrate HMI and PLC systems into industrial assemblies.
• Utilize 3D (e.g., Inventor) and 2D (e.g., AutoCAD) tools for accurate design.
• Collaborate with welders, machinists, and techs on SKID production.
• Travel occasionally (1-2 days every few months) for support or training.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in industrial panel building and wiring.
• Ability to read and interpret ladder logic and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with HMI/PLC systems; 3D/2D tool experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Comfortable working onsite in a team-oriented environment.
