Urban Natural Home Furnishings is an omnichannel retailer with a brick-and-mortar shop in Montclair, NJ, and a nationwide e-commerce website. We specialize in American-made modern furniture and organic mattresses. Every piece we curate is heirloom quality and is promised to be free from harmful chemicals.

We are a fast-moving, growing company and are currently seeking a resourceful and dedicated individual to fill the role of Ecommerce Coordinator.

The E-commerce Coordinator should demonstrate:

• An understanding of the Shopify Platform
• Experience managing large online product catalogs
• A passion for everything e-commerce and a desire to learn best practices
• The desire to work with a fast-growing omnichannel retailer
• Detail-oriented, data-driven workflows
• Impeccable organizational skills
• The ability to work independently

Main Responsibilities:

Website:

• Maintaining and growing our e-commerce product catalog
• Cross-sell and upsell product placements
• Merchandising collections to optimize traffic and conversions
• Accurately categorize products to optimize customers shopping experience
• Work with Ecommerce Manager & Ecommerce Team to ensure effective and timely implementations of promotions and marketing campaigns
• Perform content quality assurance and correct errors in collaboration with the team
• Collaborate with our copywriter to ensure SEO is up to date
• Manage catalog of all Urban Natural Home assets and Workshop Partner assets
• Learn and understand Shopify Apps in order to optimize workflows
• Improving user experience
• Ecommerce is constantly evolving and this positions responsibilities may shift with fast-moving changes or updates that arise.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Two (2) plus years experience of relevant professional experience
• Extensive MS Office and/or Google Apps skills (Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint)
• SEO Experience or knowledge a plus
• Very strong analytical, organizational and time management skills, able to multitask and work under tight deadlines and juggle competing schedules
• Basic knowledge of HTML or other programming languages a plus
• Strong math skills and attention to detail
• Experienced in Content Production, SEO and digital analytics
