We are seeking skilled and experienced Drywallers and Rough Carpentry Installers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have at least 5-6 years of hands-on experience in drywall installation and rough carpentry work, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail on every project.

Responsibilities:

• Install drywall, including measuring, cutting, and securing panels.
• Perform taping, mudding, and sanding to prepare surfaces for painting.
• Construct, repair, and install rough carpentry structures, including framing, subfloors, and support structures.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ensure all work is completed to code and company standards.
• Collaborate with other trades and team members to ensure project timelines are met.

Required Skills

Qualifications:
5-6 years of experience in drywall installation and rough carpentry.
Must have a clean record to access military bases across the country.
Must be open to traveling to various locations across the US, for extended periods of time, to get the job done.
Proficient in using tools and equipment related to drywall and carpentry work.
Strong understanding of safety practices and building codes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
