• Driving position starting at $20.00 per hour, up to $21.00 per hour
• Part-time shifts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8:30am - 2:00pm (no weekends!)
• In addition to transportation duties, this position will assist with daily activities as time permits

Job Description The Driver is responsible for the transport of residents in company-owned vehicles to destinations such as medical appointments, outings, church services, or other locations as determined by the Life Enrichment Director. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safety of all involved is our number one priority. Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors undertake community transportation with confidence and a positive attitude.
• Provide daily checks for the interior and exterior condition of all company vehicles.
• Is trained and prepared in the event of an accident for how to handle any concerns.
• Assists other departments with transportation needs.
• Reports to the Life Enrichment Director as supervisor.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures related to resident rights; abuse prevention and reporting; and resident confidentiality (HIPAA).

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a driver for a company providing transportation services preferred.
• Is willing to provide annual driver reports from the DOL to our community.
• Has a valid Driver's License with no suspensions.
• Must enjoy working with the senior population.
