homeowners, helping them solve real problems and hitting sales quotas. You’ll be

the leader that helps your team grow professionally and create an environment

Typical Experience.

Individuals with experience in sales positions as a leader or trainer with a record

of hitting targets will be prioritized, especially in a direct sales context. An ability to

lead and motivate others is critical since you’ll be responsible for the overall

performance of your team.

• Experience in a sales position, either as a leader or trainer.
• Proven sales results (high or low ticket products).
• Evidence that you’ve inspired and led a team of sales representatives.
• High school graduation is good but not essential. We’re looking for
• character, appetite and attitude…and proof you can hit your goals.
• College and university graduates are very welcome.
• All applicants must pass a clean background check.
