Description:The Director of Riggs University job is responsible for designing, building, and operating the organizational learning system in a manner consistent with the Riggs Way — Urgent, Selfless, and Excellent. This role will create scalable training programs; develop company-specific curriculum and internal certifications; coordinate and deliver training; and establish systems to track employee learning and competency development. The role works closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), leadership, and HR to ensure training aligns with business strategy, the Riggs Way, performance goals, and workforce development needs.
