We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Media and Design Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in enhancing our brand's digital presence, driving customer engagement, and improving overall customer experience. This is a unique opportunity for a creative and innovative professional to contribute to the growth of our company in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital media and design, with a focus on motion graphics, UX, UI, art creation, and lifestyle branding.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital media and design strategy that aligns with our company goals and brand image.
2. Create compelling motion graphics, UX, UI, and other digital content that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our target audience.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand presence across all digital platforms.
4. Use analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital media campaigns and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital media trends and technologies and incorporate them into our digital strategy.
6. Lead the design and production of digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and social media posts.
7. Manage the company's online presence, including the website, social media channels, and other digital platforms.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital media and design, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in motion graphics, UX, UI, and art creation.
4. Strong understanding of lifestyle branding and the ability to translate it into compelling digital content.
5. Exceptional creativity and innovation, with a strong attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Proficient in using design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
8. Knowledge of digital analytics tools and the ability to use them to drive strategy and performance.
9. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
10. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital media trends and technologies.
