Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing and Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with proven experience in social media, website design, graphic design, CRM systems, digital marketing, video design, and newsletter marketing. This role is essential for enhancing our marketing efforts and driving engagement across various platforms.

This role is essential in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and increase conversions across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SEO, content creation, social media marketing, and data analytics to optimize marketing campaigns and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

· Create and curate engaging content across META, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

· Utilize tools like ChatGPT and Claude for content formulation and reporting analytics.

2. Website Design and Maintenance:

· Design and maintain engaging websites using GoDaddy, Canva, Squarespace, and Dibs.

· Maintain client websites with edits needed, SEO updates, blog posts

3. Graphic Design:

· Develop visually appealing graphics and layouts using Adobe Suite (In-Design) and Canva.

4. CRM Management:

· Manage and optimize workflows using Freshworks.

· Lead nurturing newsletters in Freshmarketer.

5. Digital Marketing:

· Execute campaigns on platforms such as Mtn TV, Adwords, Adroll, and Google Analytics.

· Automate processes with tools like Zapier to improve efficiency.

· Reporting on marketing campaigns.

6. Video Content Creation:

· Produce engaging video content for podcasts, social media, TV commercials, and Spotify.

7. Newsletter Marketing:

· Design and distribute newsletters using Mailchimp, Freshmarketer, and Constant Contact.

8. Administrative Support:

· Provide marketing operational support in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and manage files via Dropbox.

9. Collaborative Support:

· Act as a right-hand resource to the CEO, catching and managing tasks and responsibilities that need attention.

Qualifications:

Experience & Duties:

· Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, website design, and graphic design.

· Proven experience in real estate, vacation rentals, silent auctions, small business marketing, and marketing agencies.

· Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.

· Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads/AdWords, Facebook Advertising, SEM strategies, and marketing automation platforms.

· Create compelling copywriting for blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.

· Design engaging visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles to support campaigns.

· Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; analyze data to improve campaign effectiveness and user engagement.

· Manage paid advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, Google Ads, and performance marketing initiatives to maximize ROI.

· Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies utilizing SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools.

· Manage and optimize content across various platforms including Squarespace, content management systems, and social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

· Conduct keyword research using SEO tools to identify opportunities for organic growth and content optimization.

· Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to improve campaign strategies continuously.

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in social media platforms, website development tools, graphic design software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.

· Strong knowledge of analytics and reporting to drive marketing strategy.

· Strong understanding of social media management platforms and social media marketing strategies.

· Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and B2B marketing practices is desirable.

· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights for campaign optimization.
