Responsibilities & Expectations

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, Close, and manage clients on behalf of the trading desk and lending departments
  
• Support the sales team's efforts to ensure proper outreach, while upholding SDMs professional brand identities
• Create and monitor targeted outreach and lead nurturing campaigns
  
• Provide proactive market insight to counter-parties;
• Attend industry events and conferences
  
• Coordinate communication and education sessions to employees and/or managers for plans and programs related to brokerage and lending sales
  
• Optimize existing pricing models to streamline the closing process
• Analyze buyer personas, and manage the creation of new sales material per buyer persona
• Update existing Sales Material and any other resources required to help your sales team
• Share efficient prospecting processes by leveraging tools and company assets
• Maintain and develop loyalty with existing partners and clients
• Close new business regularly

Required Qualifications:

• Understanding of Digital Assets or Cryptocurrency industry
• Experience in sales, finance, or crypto are an asset
  
• Excellent computer skills including advanced knowledge and competency with Microsoft Excel and an understanding of finance
• Knowledge and experience in using a CRM
• Ability to source, inform, close and manage large client accounts
  
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and issues with tact and diplomacy
• Exceptional organizational skills and deliver projects on time
• Highly skilled in learning on the job and continuously learning
