Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and organized Digital Asset Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll handle the onboarding, organization, and management of digital assets for our Production and Operations Departments. If you have a strong willingness to learn about the asset delivery process and thrive in both team settings and independent work, this might be the perfect fit for you.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and streamline existing workflows for digital asset handling.
- Organize and maintain digital assets to ensure easy access and efficient use.
- Develop and nurture both internal and external relationships to support asset management processes.
- Take initiative and work energetically, showing a strong sense of responsibility.

### Qualifications:

- 4-6 years of experience in digital asset management, ideally within a Digital Asset organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows, and network systems.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Expertise in media off-loading, ingesting, and organizing metadata with a keen understanding of file naming conventions.
- Capable of thriving in a high-pressure, fast-paced TV environment while upholding production standards and efficiency.
- Exceptional attention to detail and project organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated and adaptable, with the ability to make sound judgments in a dynamic environment.

### Bonus Skills:

- Creative and innovative approaches to digital asset management.
- Experience with data-based entry, Protrack, or similar applications.

### Education:

- A B.A. in Mass Communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

### Work Environment:

This position offers the flexibility of both in-house and remote work.
