We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. This is an excellent position for someone who is organized, focused, and comfortable working independently from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and spreadsheets.

  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Perform regular data backups and reports as required.

  • Communicate with team members to clarify data or resolve discrepancies.

  • Meet daily and weekly productivity goals.


Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good typing speed (40+ WPM preferred).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.

  • Excellent time management and communication skills.

  • Reliable internet connection and computer.
