Data Entry Clerk PrideStaff is a national staffing organization that provides customized solutions to meet the staffing and human resource needs of our clients. Shift/Hours : Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Range : $16- $18 /hr DOE Location : Fort Myers, FL Job Responsibilities: Input data into various computer systems and databases with speed and accuracy Verify and validate data to ensure completeness and correctness of information Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems Update existing data and remove outdated or redundant information Retrieve data and generate reports as requested by management Scan and upload documents, ensuring proper categorization and indexing Respond to data-related queries from colleagues and clients in a timely manner Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Identify and report any inconsistencies or errors in data Skills Required: Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 50 WPM with 98% accuracy) Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus for extended periods Basic understanding of database structures and data management principles Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills Adaptability to learn new software and systems quickly Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Basic problem-solving skills to troubleshoot minor data-related issues Benefits of working with PrideStaff: Medical, Rx, and Wellness Benefits Dental and Vision Plan Options Short-term Disability 401(k) Retirement Plan Holiday Pay Company Overview: Work with a Staffing Firm that works for you!
