Job Summary
At BIG Studio, Inc. we specialize in high-quality screen printing, custom embroidery, and promotional products that help businesses, schools, and organizations bring their brand to life. Our commitment to excellent service and attention to detail sets us apart, and were looking for a dynamic, customer-focused individual to join our growing team. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and is able to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person both promptly and professionally
• Assist customers with placing orders for screen printing, embroidery and promotional products
• Provide quotes, mock-ups, timelines, and product information
• Collaborate with production and art departments to ensure order accuracy and timely completion
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Resolve product or service concerns with a solution-oriented approach
• Follow up with clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
• Comfortable using computers and customer management software
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of active listening techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of screen printing, embroidery, or promotional products is a strong advantage
