CRO Senior Director - LCMS

East Bay Area

Outstanding opportunity for a true subject matter expert in drug development and the use of Bioanalytical Mass Spectrometry in this process. Working with an innovative CRO, you will be the technical lead for customers at various stages of their drug development processes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Minimum of a MS degree in a relevant Scientific discipline (PhD preferred) with hands on bioanalytical experience
• Advise the technical team on particularly challenging projects and draw upon your wealth of knowledge to provide solutions that they have not yet been able to identify
• Help mentor more junior managers with regards to technical and people management responsibilities

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum of a MS degree in a relevant Scientific discipline. (PhD preferred)
• 10+ years’ experience in the drug development process, at least partly from a contract research organization
• You must be comfortable working directly with customers

Salary:

• $160-180K annual base salary (or MORE!) for qualified candidates + bonus
