Concierge/Doorman

If you're hardworking and take pride in a job well done, then you should bring your expertise to Beacon Management. As a Full time/Temporary Concierge/Doorman every day is rewarding! Our current opening is for our 365 Bond Street Apartments.

This person will be responsible for performing concierge/doorman duties for the apartment.

Some Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting, greeting and directing residents and guests.
• Verifying and recording visitor information.
• Answering calls professionally and assists callers with directions or instructions for the building.
• Receive and process incoming and outgoing laundry, shipments and/or mail/packages.
• Monitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving guests and deliveries.
• Maintain logbooks for visitors and contractors
• Other duties may be required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential luxury buildings (preferred)
• Customer service skills and the ability to develop rapport with residents and staff.
• Ability to complete tasks and follow oral and written directions.
• Attention to detail.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently as needed.

Salary: $21.58 hr
