Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate estimates for commercial door, frame, and hardware projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.
• Engage in proactive sales strategies to identify new business opportunities.
• Communicate clear project details and specifications to clients both verbally and in writing.
• Assist clients in selecting the appropriate products based on their project needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Utilize computer software to create estimates, manage client information, and track sales.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in the commercial doors, frames, and hardware industry.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in computer skills and software related to estimating and sales.
• Strong mathematical skills with the ability to analyze data and create accurate quotations.
• Exceptional salesmanship with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to build and nurture professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
