Overview:

AquaClean Environmental a Shamrock Enviromental company is looking for an experienced Class A Driver to operate our commercial Tanker and Vac trucks with frequent stops/pick-ups.
Performs general manual labor tasks associated with Non-Hazardous and Hazardous materials. Responsible for safely and efficiently delivering materials to our Lakeland, FL. location

Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial motor vehicles such as Vacuum trucks, Tankers, and Box Trucks.
• Ensure the truck remains in proper and safe working order and that routine and required maintenance occurs on a timely basis.
• Maintain daily e-logs, safety & inspection reports, expense reports, and project reports while ensuring they are properly documented.
• Must be willing to perform manual labor-related tasks to support projects.
• Ensure the companys health and safety culture, policies, and requirements are met.
• Comply with all Federal, State, and local laws regulating safe driving and the safe and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to be on call for emergency response (on a rotational schedule basis).
• Ability to perform work based on task conditions and hazards.
• Maintain appropriate driver's license with Hazmat and Tanker endorsement.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Clear Driving Record
• TANK and HAZMAT Endorsements
• Must drive 10 speed Manual Transmission, no restriction
• A history of DOT compliance and safety is required
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) rules, regulations, and guidelines
• Ability to travel overnight as required on occasion
• Frequently lift 40-50 pounds
• Willingness & ability to frequently climb ladders, stairs, etc.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
• Willing to obtain Tanker and/or Hazmat endorsements within a specified time frame.
