Position Highlights:
•Annual Pay: $90,000–$112,000 (based on experience and endorsements)
•Schedule: 21 days out, then home (company-paid rental car or flight to/from OH, PA, or NC)
•Equipment: Late-model trucks (Avg. 18 months) with:
oFridge, Microwave, Inverter
oAPU, Flatscreen TV, XM Radio
oFreightliner, Kenworth, or International models
•Freight: 100% No-touch 85% Drop & Hook
•Driving Area:
IL, IN, KY, WV, MI, OH, PA, NJ, TN, DE, MD, VA, CT, RI, MA, NC, SC, GA
Absolutely NO NYC or NY State routes
•Driving Time: 65%+ NIGHT driving required – Must be comfortable driving at night
•Pay: Based on experience and hazmat endorsement – $0.65 to $0.70 CPM

Driver Requirements (No Exceptions):
•Experience:
o12 months Class A OTR in last 24 months AND
At least 6 months in the last 14 months, or
At least 3 months in the last 7 months
oMust include multi-state travel, winter conditions, sleeping in truck, and using logs
•Clean Record:
oNo DOT preventable recordable accidents in last 5 years
oMax 2 moving violations (no major ones) in last 3 years
oCombined incidents + violations cannot exceed 3
oPSP warnings count as convictions
oNo major violations (15+ over, reckless, etc.) in last 3 years
oNo DUI in last 8 years, only 1 lifetime
oAbsolutely no failed or refused DOT drug/alcohol test – EVER
•Criminal History:
oFelonies/misdemeanors must be 10+ years old
