Responsible for overseeing the leadership, management, and development of clinical departments. Ensures high-quality healthcare delivery to patients while maintaining operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with hospital values. Plays a critical role in advancing the mission, vision, and strategic objectives supporting continuous improvement in healthcare services, patient care, and nursing practices.

• 6 Direct reports
• Will oversee all nursing departments and Pharmacy
• Internal interim in place

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN required
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Wisconsin
• Minimum of 3+ years leadership experience in acute care
