Now we’re ready to scale further—and we need the right marketing leader to get us there. What You’ll Own Own campaign setup, optimization, and scaling across Meta, TikTok, and Google Drive efficient growth with a performance-first approach Allocate and manage $300K+ monthly spend with measurable results Creative Direction & Content Oversight Oversee content creation across paid, email, organic social, and affiliates Collaborate with internal and freelance teams to deliver scroll-stopping creative Bonus if you’re hands-on with Canva or direct response copy Affiliate, Influencer & PR Management Optimize affiliate performance and grow partner network Guide PR and influencer campaigns to align with brand goals and KPIs Manage a lean but high-performing team and build scalable systems Stay close to the work—this is a leadership role with execution responsibilities What You Bring 7+ years in digital marketing, 5+ years in a Director or VP-level role Hands-on experience with Meta ads at $300K / month+ spend
in the past 90 days Demonstrated success selling physical DTC products at scale ($10M+ annual revenue) Strong command of paid media, funnel strategy, creative testing, and eComm KPIs Bonus : You can personally build and launch Meta or Google campaigns Bonus : Graphic design or video editing experience is a plus Strong alignment with our mission—helping people disconnect from screens and live offline Seniority level
