About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its professional services business. The successful candidate will be a passionate and committed leader with a strong background in a relevant business model, particularly in the services sector. The CEO will be responsible for further international expansion, transforming the business, and leading an evolution in the company's organizational structure while fostering a performance-based culture. The ideal CEO for the company will have a tenure of 20-35 years', with a proven track record of success, and a background that includes a mix of sales and operations orientation. Experience in a private equity-backed environment is essential, and while not mandatory, experience in mergers and acquisitions is considered a plus. The candidate should be capable of honoring the company's past while steering it into the future, and must be prepared to lead the business through a planned exit in 2026. The role is pivotal in driving the company's growth and requires a leader with a contagious will to win, who can build on the existing suite of services and lead the organization to new heights.
