What You’ll Do
✅ Load and unload trucks and railcars following OSHA, DOT, EPA and Tessenderlo Kerley standards.
✅ Read local instrumentation and collect/analyze product samples to maintain quality.
✅ Operate manual valves and outdoor equipment safely and efficiently.
✅ Troubleshoot process issues and correct equipment irregularities.
✅ Participate in safety programs, attend meetings, conduct safety inspections, and report hazards.
✅ Inspect equipment regularly to prevent failures or damage.
✅ Keep the plant clean and organized.
✅ Support special projects including maintenance, turnarounds and confined space entries.
✅ Take on additional duties as assigned by leadership.
What You’ll Bring
✔ High School Diploma or GED.
✔ Mechanical and/or technical experience strongly preferred.
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✔ Ability to read, understand and follow technical procedures.
✔ Basic math, analytical and computer skills.
✔ Working knowledge of chemistry is a plus.
✔ A positive attitude with a commitment to safety and reliability.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
Able to climb stairs and ladders as needed.
Must be fit-tested and able to wear both full-face and half-face respirators.
