Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician

Location: Northport, AL

Pay: $23/hr | Contract-to-Hire | Full Benefits

Job Overview

You will perform essential maintenance tasks to keep apartment communities safe and comfortable. This role includes troubleshooting, repairs, and ensuring units are move-in ready.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Prepare units for new residents
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests

Qualifications

• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills
