Job Description
Absolute Logistic Solutions is currently hiring experienced CDL drivers to haul frac sand in the Midland Odessa, TX oil fields . We offer consistent work, competitive pay, and a high-volume freight schedule with 24/7 dispatch support.

What We Offer:
Earn up to $4,000 per week
30% of each load paid to the driver
3 to 4 loads per day (24/7 work availability)
✅ Weekly pay (direct deposit)
Fleet maintenance support
️ High demand routes in the Permian Basin
Responsibilities:
Safely haul frac sand to well sites in the Permian Basin
Complete 3 to 4 loads per day (day and night shifts available)
Maintain accurate logs and follow DOT regulations
Communicate with dispatch and report any issues promptly
Qualifications:
Valid CDL-A
Minimum 1 year driving experience
Must pass DOT drug screen
Strong communication and work ethic
