About the Role
The Company is seeking a Career Coach to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding students in the areas of goal setting, decision-making, and applying job readiness and life skills content. This includes developing and implementing effective coaching strategies, coordinating supportive services, and providing individual and group support to help students overcome challenges and barriers to employment. The role also involves conducting assessments, providing feedback, and assisting students in identifying education and training opportunities that lead to long-term success. Applicants for the Career Coach position at the company should have a bachelor's degree (preferred) and 1-2 years' of case management or related experience. Essential qualifications include excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with data entry in cloud-based CRM platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program planning and coordination, the ability to manage multiple obligations, and a commitment to a data-driven culture. Experience in public speaking, volunteer management, or curriculum development is a plus. The role requires a high level of energy, motivation, and the ability to work with diverse populations, as well as a positive outlook on the changing landscape of workforce development.
