Job Description
Spin Car Wash is looking to hire a Manager to join the team at Broward location. Summary below:
Job Duties include but not limited to:
1. Manage day-to-day operations.
2. Processing of daily paperwork including financial data.
3. Drive sales in the order to achieve daily, monthly goals.
4.Willingness to step in and work any job function necessary to insure 100% customer satisfaction.
4. Ability to lift, push, pull, or bend up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation.
5. Ability to work in extreme weather including hot and humid temperatures.
6. Use point of sale system and other mechanical items needed to run car wash.
7. Labor supervision, employee communication, scheduling, payroll management.
8. Maintenance supervision.
9. Keep the site neat and organized.
10. Constantly work on sales improvement.
11. Inventory and supplies management.
12. Make sure that site operates according company standards.
13. Producing daily reports and analysis of the site performance.
Job Qualifications:
1. Experience: Sales and management experience in a high volume, customer focused business a must!
2. Excellent customer service and passion to industry.
3. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
4. Professional Requirements: Must be able to read and write English; must be able to use Microsoft Office, experienced in delivering specific performance feedback to direct reports, must be able to multitask and use time management skills to complete specific daily, weekly, and monthly tasks while managing the daily customer traffic through effective delegation.
5. Bilingual in conversational or written Spanish will be very helpful.
6. Automotive service or previous car wash management experience a plus.
7. Must have reliable transportation.
